    20090702_DD点心坊_拉格短棍面包

     

    深夜放毒之:拉格短棍面包/Lager-baked batons

     材料:

    高粉:425g

    Lager啤酒:250g

    橄榄油:2tbs

    蜂蜜:2tbs

    酵母:1tsb

    盐:1tsb 

    做法:

    1.将啤酒,蜂蜜,橄榄油倒入面包机 

    2.将高粉和盐倒入面包机 

    3.将高粉中间拨出一个小坑,将酵母倒入 

    4.将面包机调到发面团,开始工作(我的ACA工作了1个半小时) 

    5.拿出,整形,整成长条,放入烤盘,并在烤盘上铺上保鲜膜(保鲜膜上涂点色拉油)

     

    6.在烤箱中方两杯热水,然后将烤盘放入,静置30分钟,二次发酵

     

    7.二次发酵至1.5倍-2倍大后,以220度烘烤10分钟左右,就可以顺利出炉啦!满屋子都是面包的香气!还带着一股淡淡的酒香哦~~yummy!!
